Trauma Recovery Sessions with Dr. Matt. Dr. Matt Jaremko

When I first contemplated this review, I assumed (rather dumbly) that the book was about physical trauma.

However, if I had done a minimal amount of research, I would have realized that Dr. Jaremko is a psychologist. Practicing in Texas, no less. Duh.

I also did not realize the 360-degree view that Trauma... offers. It reads easily enough. But, it's a gift for the timid. A gift for those who find shame in seeking the advice of one who makes a living in the business of advice, insight and sometimes, wisdom.

Undisguised pain.

Sometimes, it's just easier to follow the path of other's than it is to forge it alone.

5 of 5 stars.
