You do Know: Learning to Act on Intuition Instantly. Becky Walsh

5 of 5 stars

We find it fascinating that Walsh tells us, right off of the top, exactly what intuition is not. This is incredibly well-organized. It's also a lot of information. We were really surprised how that some of these topics, we thought we knew inside and out, well, we do not.

There seem to be other agendas, which are gently parsed throughout. However, they are germane and clearly indicative of the levels of thinking that went into You do Know. Worth the read!

You do Know: Learning to Act on Intuition Instantly. Becky WalshQuotes:

Allow love to be your driving force.

Ego feels it isn't seen or heard enough.

Emotions are messages.

Fully accepting your shadow makes it smaller; running away makes it bigger.

Hate is love corrupted by fear.

If we take a moment to consider 'What would love say to this?' then we open the channels to be able to hear our intuitive knowing.

Love expands, fear limits.

Self-love and acceptance are your greatest tools for protection.

Simply adding purpose to a day can also create more intuitive knowing throughout the day.

The more we love in a day, the more our intuition works.

The truth is you have all the answers you need for your life inside of you.

We want to make decisions in life from the heart, not from the head.

Your body is a walking radio capable of picking up intuitive information.
