Wonderful Weather

Let’s face it, the whole of the Caribbean benefits from wonderful weather. When you are trying to decide when to head to Grand Cayman, you won’t have to worry about going in the fall or the winter - it always gets sunny and hot weather all year round, no matter what season it is! So, you don’t have to worry about a rainy day spoiling a day at the beach!

Awesome Accommodation

What’s your preferred kind of accommodation when you are away on vacation? There are some truly outstanding five-star hotels on the island that offer many different luxurious facilities and amenities, and you will also find deluxe all-inclusive resorts. Condos and villas, such as Christopher Columbus Condos give you the best of both worlds, as you can enjoy self-catered accommodation with all of the same facilities that many hotels have. Of course, if you want to keep things cheap and stay with a local, it’s worth looking for an Airbnb room.

Superb Diving

Want to get into the emerald blue waters? The best way to do that is to go diving. There are lots of scuba diving and snorkeling spots located around the island. There are even a few shipwreck sites just off the island that you can dive down to.

Fantastic Food

Grand Cayman is a melting pot of culinary delights! You will find cuisine from across the globe on this island, but there are also some local specialities that you will need to try while you are there. As it’s an island, there is a lot of seafood on the menus in traditional restaurants. There’s also a lot of influence from nearby islands, including Jamaica, so expect to see a lot of jerk chicken market stands everywhere!

Kind Locals

Have you ever heard about the ‘Cayman Kind’? It’s the name given to the temperament of all the locals who live on the Cayman Islands. They are extremely kind to tourists and have a very welcoming culture. You also don’t have to worry about any language barriers as English is the island’s native language.

Beautiful Beaches

The beaches on Grand Cayman are all sandy and feature some beautiful vistas. You’ll be able to grab a cocktail made from exotic fruits from the beach bar and can then settle down with it underneath a palm tree.

So, for a truly relaxing break away from your busy life, Grand Cayman is the Caribbean island for you. Have a great trip when you do visit!
