 (1) 2015 Lot 539 Pinot Noir, Oregon 750ml SRP $13

Lot 539 Pinot Noir

This Pinot is a dark garnet with a spry red hue. The nose is a fresh fruit, mid-palate is earthy and the finish? Sweet.

Larson Family Winery

Recommendations for Pinot Noir DayThe Larson Family Winery has had five generations working the land since 1899. In 1977, the first vines were planted by Tom Larson and his father. They made wine for themselves and realized that they were growing to a degree that the wine should be shared with others. They now produce about 5,000 cases of estate wines per year. This consists of over 10 varietals.

Brand ambassadors include the Larson family labs (3 of them) and they welcome the presence of other pets too.

Recommendations for Pinot Noir Day(1) 2015 Millerick Road Pinot Noir

2014 Larson Family Winery Carneros Pinot Noir

This is the Larson Family's signature Pinot Noir. It is made with grapes which are hand-picked at night while they are at a ripened peak. The wine is aged in 100% French Oak for a period of a year.

The nose is very cherry and sweet. We are not able to discern mid-palate flavors. They are oddly delightful. The finish is sweet.

2015 Millerick Road Pinot Noir

This has a fruity, sweet nose. Perhaps, a bit of citrus intervention?
