Acts Of Kindness From Your Armchair. Anita Neilson

5 of 5 Stars

When we began reading this book, we groaned inside. We figured that this would be 136 electronic pages full of floof and useless minutia. But then, we read that reiki is mentioned right off the introduction. Also, there is a beginning exercise on page 10. What? Huh? Really?

Acts Of Kindness From Your Armchair. Anita Neilson Yip. Right into it. No joke.

It's an excellent exercise too.

If one were to get nothing else or to read no further, one would benefit from this solitary silence. We do not wish to spoil anything. We are simply stating that the exercise involves some stillness and really, what substantively spiritual book does not do this? Ummm hmmmm. That's right. Most do.

The book flows well and is worth every penny and every read. If you cannot get a look, you owe it to yourself to search it out once it (hopefully) hits the libraries. Just an outstanding read!
