Unique Spirits for Cinco de Mayo

Cinco de Mayo is a government and school holiday which celebrates Mexico's win over the French army in 1862. This Battle of Puebla (Batalla de Puebla) is not to be confused with Mexico's Independence Day. What began as an observance of a somewhat insignificant event has grown tremendously over the years, particularly in areas of a greater Mexican-American concentration.

Unique Spirits for Cinco de MayoAncho Reyes Chile Liqueur (80 Proof)

This liqueur is a delightfully odd duck and we love all of the odd ducks that we get! The nose is bizarrely complex. The first sniff begs a second and is all ethanol. However, the second sniff is of coffee, chocolate and something sweet!

The taste is rich. This full-bodied spirit will allow you to see through time. Enjoy.
