Our only issue is the fact that offered information includes ways to detox, as experts have stated that there are no toxins in the body. However, this has to be an Eastern-Western dichotomy, as we encountered while learning reiki. The technique is labeled a blood exchange (Ketsueki Kokan Ho, Hanshin Koketsu Ho and Zenshin Koketsu Ho).

Dr. Drew Pinsky once stated on Love Line, that there are no toxins in the body, on the norm. Hence, there is no need to detox. But, then again, we use the term "detox" in many ways.
Otherwise, it is excellent to find a place (I Will Teach You...) with all of this information available, in English. Granted, the English is not perfect. But, it is certainly understandable.
