We have been reviewing Matcha since it first came out. We have learned a lot. However, what we didn't know is that there are different kinds of Matcha. Seriously, who knew?

We are already excited about this super food. While it is errant thinking to believe that it has 137X the antioxidants of regular green tea, it still is an excellent source of energy and well-being. In this regard, it blows away broccoli, acai berries and blueberries.

Up for your perusal are the three of the five different Matcha brands as sold by BeMatcha.

  • (2) Ceremonial Matcha Mana - Organic (Sample Size)
  • (2) Ceremonial Matcha TenYu - Organic (Sample Size)
  • (2) Spring Cafe Matcha - Organic (Sample Size)

Ceremonial Matcha Mana - Organic

We consumed this one with no additives and liked it. Then, we added sugar. We prefer sweet tea. Hence, we really liked it even better.

Ceremonial Matcha TenYu - Organic

TenYu is slightly sweeter than the Mana. Again we tried it with and without sugar and liked it both ways.

Spring Cafe Matcha - Organic

We liked this one the best as it is the thickest and therefore better for smoothies, etc.

All of BeMatcha teas may be purchased from their website. Listed below. Prices are matcha-reasonable.
