Ancient Skies, Ancient Trees. Beth Moon

Ancient Skies, Ancient Trees is a collection of 50+ full-color prints, highlighting the spirituality of trees.

Ancient Skies, Ancient Trees. Beth Moon Photographer Beth Moon has been photographing trees since 1999.  At first, her agenda was historical.  However, as she became more entrenched in her work, she learned of germane studies, which led her to a more grounded purpose.  She wanted to capture some of the oldest and darkest trees in the world.  She used time lapse imagery to be able to adequately include stars.

The results were stellar, to minimize the brilliance of this book.  It's easy to dissociate while simply viewing a single image from Ancient Skies, Ancient Trees.  It's inspiring.
