Cocktail Recipes for BSB - Brown Sugar Bourbon:

- 1 1/2 Parts Brown Sugar Bourbon
- 3 Parts Whole Milk
- 2 Parts Half and Half
- 1 Part Sifted Sugar, Powdered
- Vanilla Extract
- Fresh Grated Nutmeg
- Optional Garnish Cinnamon Stick
In a pitcher, whisk together milk, half-and-half, bourbon, sugar and vanilla. Freeze until slushy and ready to serve. Stir before serving it in a chilled glass, finished with a few gratings of fresh nutmeg.
Bourbon Squash
- 1 1/2 Parts Brown Sugar Bourbon
- 3/4 Parts Orange Juice
- 1/2 Part Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp Simple Syrup
Squeeze citrus juices into a tall glass. Add simple syrup and pack the glass with shaved ice. Add bourbon and stir. Serve with a cocktail straw.
Brown Sugar Bourbon Sparkler
- 3 Oz Heritage BSB
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Chilled Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3/4 Cup Chilled Dry Sparkling Wine
- 8 to 12 Dashes Bitters
Combine water and dark brown sugar in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Cool, then chill. Stir chilled fresh lemon juice and bourbon into chilled sugar syrup mixture. Divide mixture evenly among 4 glasses, and top each serving with about 3 tablespoons chilled dry sparkling wine and 2 to 3 dashes bitters. Serve immediately.
Maple, Brown Sugar, & Thyme Old Fashioned
- 2 Oz Heritage BSB
- 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Tbsp Bobo's Mountain Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Spring Thyme
- 1 Ice Block
- Lemond Rind for Garnishing
Pour ingredients into a glass. Stir. Plop your ice cube in. Garnish as desired.
