Whew! The nose is just delightful! There's caramel and butter. It smells like the cocktail, "Buttery _ipple." The taste is smooth and there is no burn, though, there is a slightly peppery finish. How do they do this?!?
Recipes:
Peach Fuzz
- 3 Oz TOPO Vodka
- 2 Ripe Summer Peaches
- 2 Cups of Ice
- 1 Oz Simple Syrup
Peel peaches, cut in half & remove pit. Combine with other ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Distribute into tall glasses & garnish with a slice of peach. (Makes drinks for 2 to 4).
Plott Hound
- 2 Oz TOPO Vodka
- 4 Oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- Rosemary Salt
- Sprig of Fresh Rosemary
Combine ingredients in a rocks glass over ice. Pour into a shaker. Shake until mixed. Rim glass with rosemary salt. Pour shaker contents back into glass and garnish with rosemary sprig.
Slightly Dirty Martini
- 2 ½ Oz TOPO Vodka
- ¼ Oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
- ¼ Oz Olive Brine
Pour ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake until very cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with your favorite olives. (We love it with blue cheese.)
Spicy Cucumber Lemonade
- 2 Oz TOPO Vodka
- 2 Oz Cucumber Water*
- 2 Oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Oz Jalapeno Simple Syrup**
Add ice to a shaker and shake well. Pour into a tall glass.
*To make cucumber water: puree one cucumber, strain to remove seeds, and chill.
**Simple syrup: boil sugar in water with sliced jalapenos, strain and cool.

- 8 Lemon Basil Leaves
- ½ Simple Syrup
- 1 Oz Lemon Juice
- Lemon Basil Leaves on Stem
