- 1.5 Oz Aperol
- 3 Oz Prosecco
- .75 Oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur
- Prosecco
- Soda Water to top
Build in shaker and shake with ice. Pour in wine glass over ice and garnish with a cucumber slice.
Aperol Peach Spritz Created by Lucinda Sterling, Middle Branch
- 1 Oz Aperol
- .5 Oz Peach liqueur
- .5 Oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- .5 Oz Fresh Orange Juice
- Club Soda to top
- Prosecco to top

Add ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake gently and serve in a rocks glass over ice with Prosecco and a dash of club soda.

- 2 Oz Aperol
- 1 Oz Giffard Apricot Liqueur .75 Oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Oz Champagne
- 2 Oz Club Soda
- 3 Cucumber Slices
- 2 turns Cracked Salt
Shake and start over large presentation ice cube or a scoop of cold draft ice. Top with champagne and club soda. Garnish with fresh cucumbers.

Add raspberries to mixing tin, gently muddle. Add the rest of ingredients and shake with ice. Fine strain into wine glass over fresh ice. Top with 1 oz. of dry sparkling wine. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.

Watermelon Ice Cubes*
Build in a wine glass and enjoy somewhere outdoors! *Place watermelon juice in an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 3 hours.
