Unbaked: A Cookie Dough Bar

The story of Unbaked is one that anyone who has been stuck in an office can completely understand.  Founder Olivia has an envious curriculum vitae which ended with a perceived-to-be-stilted position for the NFL Network.  Not one to be simply sitting, she turned to the kitchen and the love that she shared with her mother and grandmother.

Fortunately for the rest of the world, Unbaked began.

Product arrived looking like something from a grocery store.  Even the tops of the containers were sealed, which we rarely experience as product reviewers.  The product itself?

What do you think?

We sum it up thusly; If we saw a clump of this stuff on the side of a stanky dumpster and no one were looking.  Well, we aren't sure.  But, we would seriously consider this heinously ugly deed.

Oh my!  This is super sweet.  Rich!  We shared just a hair of this with Feline Ginae Says Representative's and they were licking their lips into infinity.

Monster (Peanut Butter / Chocolate Chips, M&M's, Rainbow Sprinkles and Walnuts)

The chocolate chips offset the peanut butter in an outstanding way.  This is a real play on textures. Sublime.

As for dealing with Unbaked.  Also pretty sweet.  Ms. Olivia was once the press, herself.  Hence, she realizes the importance of pleasing us.  We're betting that she will do the same for you!
