Japanese Matcha Green Tea Powder

I was just reading this morning about the benefits of cutting down on caffeine and really, too much coffee isn't good for you.  So, I got together 1 cup of Carb-Master Vanilla yogurt, (Kroger's brand) and added 1 teaspoon of Japanese Matcha, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1/16 cup of water, 3/4 cup of frozen blueberries and 1 scoop of French vanilla protein powder.  This created a super healthy anti-oxidant breakfast with energy from the matcha that tasted delicious.  Matcha gives you a gluten-free and organic burst of energy and clarity.

Once you are able to doctor up the taste, what I like about matcha is that you don't get jittery either, like you do with other energy sources.  You just get the energy.  You don't need an energy drink either.
