Wheel House American Dry Gin is hands-down the absolute smoothest, award-winning gin we've ever consumed. The fact that it's 90 proof just blows us away. The nose is complex, multi-leveled and citric. We entertained a couple of friends and two of us mixed 70% Big Red with 30% Gin and really liked it. There was a warm burn going down. But, it's not bad. This is where the gin's spicy tones manifest.
Our second friend drank the gin neat and liked it just as much. She filled her glass a couple of times before leaving. This was an extemporaneous tasting party and both friends could walk home afterwards. Hence, it was good times. No worries.
