Circulo Tequila: T.G.I.F. Cocktail Recipes for August 21

It never ceases to amaze us how fascinating the history of a tequila company can be.  Most of these histories are based on tradition, geographical residence and really old norms.

For Circulo Tequila, the Tequilana Weber Blue Agave plants are located in a privileged area of Old Mexico.  The "Highlands of Jalisco" consist of high plateaus, wide plains and shadowed valleys.  The climate is sticky, semi-arid and tropical.  This fertile area provides an excellent growing environment.

The inspiration for Circulo Tequila comes from the advanced civilization of Guachimontones, which is located at the foothills of the Tequila Volcano.  Ceremonial centers are unique in that they are circular.  It's this geometric configuration which explains so much of the esoteric concepts of life.  For Circulo Tequila, the circles represent the evolution of tequila, as it pleases the people of today.

Circulo Tequila is in fact, one of the smoothest brands that we've tried now.  We had it with lemonade and it went right down.  Smooth.
