Carnivore Club

Carnivore Club is the world's first curated cured meat of the month club and it features artisans from the world over.  Every month, members 4-6 handcrafted cured meats, which are themed around one producer specializing in a particular style.  These include French Charcuterie, Italian Salumi and Spanish Chorizo among others.  Furthermore, the Club gives favor to those featuring ethically treated animals and germane practices.

This month's goods were supplied by Olympic Provisions, which is a thriving Portland-based deli and restaurant.

The box was well packaged and the meats were attractively wrapped.  Actually, receiving the box was an aesthetic experience.

You may place your order anytime during the month and your package will arrive during the first week of the next month.  You may purchase a single month for $55.00.  Or, you are free to order bi-monthly or quarterly and your price per box goes down to $50.00.
